Returns
Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Such as:
- Bolts
- Nuts
- Bearings
- Bedknives and Reels are subject to inspection upon return to be elligible for refund. Any sign of use will forfeit any elligibility for refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we will provide the address for returns upon request by the customer. Please do not send it to our office address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email at the address provided.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It is usually between 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the time could vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zampree.com and we will provide an address and instructions for return. We will also notify you to confirm or deny the exchange.
If we have shipped a wrong SKU, we will either pay for return shipping and send you the right parts, or just send you the missing parts. This depends on overall costs.
Out Of Stock Items
Even though we keep a close eye on our inventory, there are certain situations where an item that you have paid for may not be in stock at the time of fulfilment. In this case we will notify you via email or phone and provide two options.
1. Refund on the amount you paid for the products that are not in stock. Please note that if there are orders that have partially shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Example 1: You order a bearing for 3.99 and a wheel for 10.99 , and paid 10.00 for shipping.
Lets say that we only had the wheel in stock and shipped it. We would only be able to refund the 3.99 that was paid for the out of stock bearing.
Example 2: You order a bearing for 3.99 , and paid 10.00 for shipping.
We unfortunately found out upon fulfilment that we did not have the item in stock. In this case, we would be able to refund the amount paid for the bearing(3.99) and the shipping (10.00) because no items were actually shipped. You would be refunded 13.99.
2. We will wait for 30 calendar days for the item to be in stock and ship it to the customer. No extra shipping costs will be incurred in these cases. If this was a part of an order that was partly fulfilled, the missing part will be shipped later with no cost to the customer. if we can not stock the item within 30 calendar days form when the order was made, we will refund the cost of the item and shipping cost if in fact no other items in the same order were shipped.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at hello@zampree.com and we will gladly provide a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
