1. Are all the parts you sell from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)?
Yes, all the products we sell are 100% genuine and come from the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
2. Can I return / exchange parts that didn't fit?

3. How long do orders take to ship?
Even though we try to do same/next business day shipping on all our orders, please allow about to 2 business days to receive tracking info for parts orders and up to 5 business days for lawnmower orders. Even through busy season, rest assured that we will always try to ship as quickly as we can.
McLane orders usually ship within 2 business but can sometimes take a little longer to ship. Sometimes up to 5 business days.
4. Can you do next day shipping?
Certainly, but please contact us for a quote as these vary on case to case basis.
5. How can I contact Zampree.com?
Our primary contact method is e-mail, we respond quite quickly and it works very well for most inquiries. However, we do understand that certain customers prefer to speak on the phone, we can gladly schedule a phone call with anyone who is interested in this form of contact.
6. How do warranties work?
Warranties are taken care of by the manufacturer. More info on Warranties HERE.
7. Can you ship to Canada?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Canada. Some Canadian customers prefer ordering to an American PO box.
8. What Carriers do you ship with?
Our preferred carrier is UPS and we use USPS for small/light items, however we can use FedEX if requested by the customer.
9. It Says, shipping can be partly refunded if my order can ship USPS. How will I know if this applies to my order?
We try to use the shipping method that is most affordable to the customer. While we almost always use UPS, we can sometimes find an efficient and affordable way to ship very light orders through USPS. If we can do this, we will issue you a partial refund for the shipping you paid. If this happens, you will receive an email confirming said refund and you can expect it to show up on your credit card activity within five business days.
